Wellbeing

At our school, student wellbeing and learning go hand in hand. We want every student to feel safe, included and ready to learn. Whether your child needs help with their mental, emotional, social or physical wellbeing, we are here to help them thrive at school and in daily life.

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

We offer evidence based SEL programs for all students. The purpose of SEL programs is to teach social skills and emotional regulation using a variety of activity-based experience. The program includes, positive interactions, coping with disappointment, showing care, kindness and compassion, accepting responsibility and consequences, building and maintaining positive relationships, valuing and embracing individuality, and developing resilience.
